How to upgrade Ubuntu 9.10 (Karmic) to Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid Lynx)

Add the below line to Software Sources list

deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu lucid multiverse

on terminal execute the below command

sudo apt-get install update-manager-core



sudo do-release-upgrade -d
